HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Expedited Shipping：5 - 14 business days，Flat Rate $15.99 per order
Standard Shipping：7 - 21 business days，Flat Rate $7.99 for orders below $60.00, orders above qualify for free shipping
CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@clearord.com before 3pm PST. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched
If you do not receive one, please email support@clearord.com
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

clearord.com uses FEDEX, USPS ,DHL
IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package.

- Personalized items take 6-12 days to process
- Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.
